This sequence uses the wall to play with a tucked and full handstand with some leg strengthening flow in between.

Strength in Motion!
A yoga sequence with a focus on strength :) This video was inspired by our dancers and gymnasts who are at home a lot more than usual right now. We also had our regular yoga crew in mind throughout this practice. Feel free to add repetitions wherever you feel like it.
